Project Manager

Manage web & mobile development projects with top-down oversight throughout

entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of

scope, budget, and timeline

Coordinate activities throughout the software development life cycle (Waterfall or

Agile)

Able to plan the timeline for end-to-end project execution and assist in

enforcement of project deadlines and schedules

Conduct workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze the

requirements, provide strategic insights that drive better targeting to meet

marketing and business objectives

Communicate with stakeholders and manage project resources and

environments to ensure successful end-to-end delivery

Collaborate with developers, quality assurance analysts and IT operations

members to ensure seamless delivery

Works closely with Project Manager/s to deliver agreed scope through managing

business analysis activities

Prepare project documentation such as User Requirement Specification,

Functional Specification, Test Plan, etc...

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

Working closely with Product Owner(s) to maintain roadmaps, product backlogs

and establish priorities

Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsor and

project team

Monitor project process

Key selection criteria

Experience

3-5 years working experience preferred

Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage

Experience working in a PMO organization is a plus

Experience using tools like JIRA and other Atlassian tools is a plus

Experience with Frontend such as iOS/Android and Web is plus
