Project Manager Loan Origination System (LOS)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our Loan Origination System (LOS) in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the financial services sector, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of the Loan Origination System (LOS) across the Southeast Asia region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on the new system functionalities and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems and their workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in project execution.
