Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily on-site construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify, assess, and resolve site-level engineering issues, operational bottlenecks, and execution risks to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor site budgets, track site material usage, evaluate subcontractor progress claims, and verify variation order (VO) work on the ground.
- Develop, track, and enforce daily/weekly site work schedules, site manpower allocation, tool/equipment logistics, and material deliveries.
- Coordinate on-site activities with QA/QC, HSE officers, sub-contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and zero safety compromises.
- Enforce strict quality control on all installation works and ensure full compliance with client specifications, standard operating procedures, and local building codes.
- Liaise directly with site representatives, resident engineers, clerk of works, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth site access, inspections, and project handovers.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly site progress updates, highlighting installation milestones, physical progress vs. target, site safety metrics, and operational mitigation plans.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Building/Construction Management.
- Minimum 5–8 years of direct, hands-on site management experience in MEP, cleanrooms, industrial plants, or mission-critical facility construction.
