We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mobile banking and Agile methodologies to lead our projects in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple mobile banking projects from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in mobile banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of mobile banking technologies and trends in the financial sector.
