Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage software implementation projects for our internal MSP operations at Hitect Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and reporting to management.
• Manage project documentation, deliverables, and governance processes.
• Ensure project objectives align with business goals and organizational standards.
• Promote collaboration between development, QA, and operational teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ Years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience managing software implementation or IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or other Microsoft project management tools.
• Strong team leadership and vendor management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
