Job Title: Project Manager

Working Hours: Mon- Fri (9am-6pm)

Salary Range: RM7000- RM10000

Job Scopes:

To lead a team of engineers / technicians

To multitask in managing multiple projects

To manage the overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management and budgeting

Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the customer and completion of the necessary rectification

Supervise daily site activities and progress as well as to provide the Project Director an oversight for all phases of the construction project

Interfacing and reporting to Client, control the activities of Subcontractors and Suppliers on site

Ensure that consultant specified requirements are met.

Direct Subcontractors and Suppliers work, manage progress and inspections and take prompt action to address problems and dispose of non-conformances.

Meet regularly with consultant and other contractors to communicate progress and resolve problems.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Project Management in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems

Possess own transport. Willing to travel and work long hours

Computer literate. Knowledgeable in Autocad, Photoshop and MS Project

Knowledge in Construction Contract is an added advantage

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in spoken and written English
