We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager to work at DeFi blockchain project. We offer fresh technologies, interesting tasks, ambitious team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT/Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience managing projects (software, IT, or cross-functional) from initiation to delivery
- Strong experience with PM tools and Methodologies, basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate stakeholders
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Experience in blockchain/crypto projects is preferred
- Excellent English communication scills (spoken and written)
