Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (Plant Improvements) located in Gopeng. The Project Manager will oversee and manage plant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, handling project timelines, expediting project deliverables, conducting inspections, and optimizing logistics for efficient resource management. The role also involves monitoring project progress, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions to improve operational workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure project timelines and deliveries are met
• Proficiency in Inspection and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to ensure smooth coordination of resources and materials
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and stakeholders
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification; prior experience in the cement industry is an advantage
