Job Summary

Were looking for a dynamic Project Manager (Electrical) to lead the full cycle of electrical engineering projectsfrom planning and design through to installation, testing, and handover. Youll oversee budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring compliance with safety, codes, and quality standards. This is a leadership role where youll also serve as the main bridge between clients, consultants, and site teams, with added advantage if youre fluent in Mandarin for regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute electrical projects to meet client requirements

• Lead project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

• Monitor budgets, resources, timelines, and quality benchmarks

• Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans where needed

• Provide technical guidance on design, installation, and regulatory compliance

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities for approvals

• Approve designs, project requisitions, and subcontractor recommendations

• Oversee progress claims, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders

• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress are maintained
  

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Masters a plus)

• At least 5 years experience managing electrical projects (construction/industrial preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards

• Skilled in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget

• Mandarin-speaking preferred for regional coordination
