Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Accountable for project execution of Infineon Test Roadmap projects and segments test cell projects
- Manage test technology project of different complexity classes (including project schedule planning, project budget, headcount, expenses, and invest) and execute according to Infineon project management systematic
- Responsible for operational decisions in the project and for driving the milestone decisions at the project approval body
- Work closely with cross functional project teams from various locations, to solve complex problems, and identify innovative solutions
- Responsible for using project management tools and methods to structure projects, to control progress, to manage risks, and to manage changes
- Liaisons with internal partners across various functions and regions, (e.g. from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc)
- Manages external partners in the project, specifically sub-contractors, and suppliers of equipment and materials
- Delivers project success in timely manner, with transparency in project status and progress, as foundation of a trusted partnership with project customers and stakeholders
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- PhD/Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant industry experience, and ideally with Semiconductor Test Technology exposure
- Project Management knowledge and skill, with more than 4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in international environment, and preferably with IPMA certification
- Technical knowledge and experience with Semiconductor packaging, assembly, final test and all process along product life circle
- Posses good communication skill
