• Submission Management: Lead the preparation, filing, and rigorous follow-up of development proposals and technical queries with local authorities.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central hub between architects, engineers, and planners to ensure designs meet all regulatory standards.

• Compliance & Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle-from initial permits to post-construction inspections and final operational licensing.

• Strategic Reporting: Keep senior management informed with regular status updates and ensure all project timelines align with regulatory requirements.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Stay ahead of changing local laws and guidelines to provide expert advice to the internal team.

skills / qualifications required

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 9 years of deep-dive experience in construction and property development, specifically mastering the art of authority liaison.

• A proven track record of on ground experience dealing directly with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
