About The Job
As a Project Manager (Property Development), you will play a central leadership role in driving real estate projects from concept through to final completion. You will lead end-to-end execution, ensuring developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard-setting quality and safety benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct overall project execution, site operations, construction timelines, and budget compliance for commercial, residential, or mixed-use builds.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and local authorities.
- Navigate and secure required statutory approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance clearances.
- Track project milestones, identify potential operational risks early, and implement swift mitigation strategies.
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance (QA/QC) alongside health, safety, and environmental standards across site operations.
- Manage contract administration, evaluate variation orders (VOs), assess claims, and track expenditures against project budgets.

- Civil Engineering degree, Architecture or Real Estate
- Minimum 7-10 years in property development project management role
- Experienced in commercial development
