about the job

• Lead end-to-end project management from proposal stage through project closure
• Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate project kick-offs, phase gate reviews, and cross-functional execution
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and change requests effectively
• Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders
• Drive issue resolution with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Ensure strong customer communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct project closeout reviews and lessons-learned sessions

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on project management experience
• Semiconductor industry background with technical support or equipment exposure
• PMP certification is mandatory
• Strong controller mindset with strategic project management capability
• Proficiency in Japanese language is required (to support Japan market stakeholders)
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
