Project Manager Solar C&I Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of solar C&I projects, including technical design review and in-house design work where required, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage project budgets, scheduling, cost control, and financial forecasting to achieve performance and profitability targets.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers (e.g., TNB) to ensure smooth coordination, approvals, and grid connection.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews to track milestones and mitigate risks or delays.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure full compliance with SEDA, ST, and TNB regulatory frameworks and all relevant statutory requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and present project documentation, reports, and as-built records.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency, quality, and communication.
Requirements
- Strong Project Engineers with proven project coordination and design experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in solar C&I projects (EPCC).
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, solar PV design and integration, and energy storage solutions.
- Proficient in project planning, risk management, financial control, and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiar with SEDA, ST, and TNB submission and approval processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
