Project Planning & Design: Oversee planning, coordinate with stakeholders, develop schedules and risk strategies.
Project Management: Manage execution, budget, timelines, and stakeholders.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and legal standards.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and safety risks.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams and contractors.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and provide updates.
Stakeholder Management: Handle client relations and expectations.
Construction Supervision: Monitor daily site activities.
Project Close-Out: Manage inspections, handover, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil engineering and at least 3 years in project management or senior engineering roles within the construction or development industry
Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, civil engineering principles, and project management practices
Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D
Good understanding of building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to solve complex problems and perform under pressure
