Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-rise building projects from construction to completion. The ideal candidate has strong site management capabilities, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and proven experience delivering high-rise projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall construction execution of high-rise building projects
- Oversee site operations including progress, quality, safety, and cost control
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal teams to resolve technical and design issues
- Review and manage construction drawings, design changes, and RFIs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, project specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor construction progress and proactively address potential delays or risks
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management
- Drive effective site meetings, enforce project timelines, and track deliverables
- Manage subcontractor performance, site resources, and material usage
- Ensure proper documentation, including method statements, QAQC submissions, and site records
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects, ideally with a main contractor
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, structural works, architectural finishes, and M&E coordination
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams effectively
- Solid problem-solving skills with hands-on experience resolving technical and site issues
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of safety and quality
