Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, ensuring cost control, overseeing logistics, and facilitating effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The role also involves managing inspections, liaising with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organization, and coordination of project activities.
• Expertise in Expediting and Inspection to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Skilled in Logistics Management and coordination to optimize project resources and workflow.
• Previous experience as an Expeditor or in similar roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client relationships and project challenges.
• Familiarity with architectural and construction processes; a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
