Role Description
This is a contract role for a Project Manager with a Java skill set. Based in Bangi, Malaysia, this on-site position involves overseeing project scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. The Project Manager will manage project activities such as planning, scheduling, expediting, and overseeing logistics. The role also includes leading inspections, coordinating teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines effectively.
Job Description:-
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Technical Skills:
- Background from commercial banking
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
- Experience in managing large-scale enterprise software, cloud, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with databases, networking, security protocols, and IT service management (ITIL).
Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum certifications
