Project Planner

Job Summary
1. Prepare overall Master Work Programme, monitor and report work progress
2. Prepare correspondence to clients and sub-contractors
3. Advises project teams on project progress and delays
4. Assist with Preparation of mitigation programmes and extension of time claims. 5. Coordinate with Design & Technical and Production Department to ensure compliance to project schedule

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Master Work Programmes (MWP)
Prepare Progress Reports
Advice Management on Project Status
Advice Management on Mitigation Plans
Prepare Mitigation Work Programmes
Organize Coordination meeting with Design & Technical and Production Department
To verify work done on monthly progress claim and variation order if any.
To assist in monitoring and controlling construction progress according to the MWP.
To prepare Extension of Time (EOT) Claims in collaboration with Project Operational and Support teams.
Collaborate with BIM team to prepare BIM 4D (Construction Visualization) for Projects.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Constructon Management or Equivalent
Competencies Required 1-3 years working experience in Project Management (with Site Experience has added advantage

Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of building construction activities, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is an advantage.
