Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to support our project team. In this role, Project Planner will work closely with the Project Manager to manage daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring all project phases are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day project operations with minimal supervision.
- Assist in managing the full project development lifecycle, including initial conceptualization, design development, construction and final completion.
- Conduct design reviews and liaise with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.
- Track site progress meticulously to ensure construction milestones are met according to the master schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure the project adheres to industry regulations, project requirements and budget expectation.
- Prepare and present data-driven progress reports and provide strategic feedback to senior management.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior to meet business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the civil construction industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to project scheduling and quality control.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with a commitment to driving excellence and maintaining high work standards.
- A strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) are essential.
