Job Description

We are partnering with a leading multinational financial services organisation undergoing a large-scale Finance and Procurement Transformation programme. As part of this strategic initiative, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of the Coupa workstream across multiple deployment phases.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ERP, Procurement, P2P, Coupa, Ariba, or SAP transformation programmes who enjoy driving cross-functional initiatives and working closely with business, technology, and programme stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of the Coupa workstream across design, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and delivery milestones.

• Coordinate dependencies across procurement, finance, technology, PMO, and change management teams.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and resource constraints.

• Prepare project status updates, governance materials, and executive-ready reporting.

• Support testing, business readiness, cutover planning, and deployment activities.

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive resolution of project challenges.

• Work closely with system integrators, vendors, and business users to ensure successful programme delivery.

• Support process improvement initiatives and drive adoption of standard project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 8–15 years of experience in project management, PMO, ERP transformation, procurement transformation, or finance transformation programmes.

• Experience working on SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, or other enterprise platform implementations.

• Exposure to testing, data migration, deployment, cutover, or business readiness activities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.

• Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Finance Transformation, or Shared Services environments will be advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Coupa implementation or support experience.

• Procurement transformation or P2P process knowledge.

• Experience working in multinational or regional transformation programmes.

• Exposure to financial services, insurance, or shared services environments.
