Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Coordinator, based in Petaling Jaya. The role involves managing project activities to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare accurate quotations by coordinating with production teams on materials, processes, and costs.
- Responsibilities include maintaining sales-related documentation, preparing proposals and reports, and assisting with market analysis.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy across documentation, timelines, and handovers
- Liaise with forwarders and couriers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Act as a key point of contact between customers, local teams, and overseas partners, including coordination across time zones
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Professional proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a habit of verifying information rather than making assumptions
- Experience in sales operations and proficiency in preparing reports and client proposals
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and professional when communicating with customers, suppliers, and overseas partners
- Comfortable using calls, emails, and meetings to ensure clear and effective communication
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and challenges. Independent, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya
