Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Project Sales Coordinator. The role involves coordinating sales-related tasks for audio projects, managing client communication, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. Responsibilities include creating sales proposals, assisting in client presentations, maintaining project schedules, and providing follow-up support to clients. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
• Client communication and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in creating sales proposals and coordinating sales activities
• Sales & Business Development: Identify new project opportunities, build client relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants, and meet sales KPIs
• Knowledge of or interest in audio systems, home theatre setups, or AV technologies
• Proficiency in standard office software and tools
• Prior experience in project coordination, sales support, or a related role is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and handle multiple projects effectively
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience: 2–3 years preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Civil) or equivalent technical field or in Business, Marketing, or related field is often preferred, though not always necessary.
