The Project Sales Engineer is a strategic role focused on securing product specifications and driving revenue growth within major commercial and mechanical construction projects. This position is ideal for an ambitious engineering graduate or a junior sales professional eager to build a long-term career by influencing large-scale infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while supporting and expanding regional accounts.
  • Drive the project sales cycle continuously from early-stage design and specification to final completion.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with MEP consultants, main contractors, and key industry decision-makers.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and meticulously track project progress across the territory.
  • Conduct professional technical presentations and prepare tailored commercial proposals for clients.
  • Coordinate closely with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Map market trends and identify emerging project opportunities to steadily increase brand presence.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or building materials marketing.
  • Foundational understanding of construction cycles and mechanical systems like HVAC or fluid piping.
  • Highly articulate with strong presentation skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Welcoming of fresh graduates possessing the right academic background and a drive to succeed.
