Our client is a growing player in the metal roofing and building materials industry, supplying metal roofing systems and truss components to major construction projects across Malaysia.

About The Role

We are hiring a Project Sales Executive to manage and grow project-based sales across KL.

This is an outdoor sales role focused on engaging main contractors, developers, and consultants, handling long sales cycles, and supporting tenders and specification-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project sales for metal roofing and building material solutions
  • Develop relationships with developers, main contractors, and consultants
  • Handle BQ, tender submissions, and specification-based requirements
  • Identify new project opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Follow up on quotations and support long-cycle project closures
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or above
  • Experience in construction / building materials / metal roofing is strongly preferred
  • Familiar with project sales, BQ, tender or specification processes
  • Existing network with developers or contractors is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with outdoor sales and regional travel
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
