About The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Sales Executive to support business growth while ensuring smooth coordination and execution of client projects. This role combines sales support, project coordination, and stakeholder management, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The key projects managed under this role will be heavily focused on office furniture and workspace solutions, involving close coordination with corporate clients, internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Support
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and project-related documentation
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth initiatives
2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify potential project risks and assist in implementing solutions
3. Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular project updates to internal teams and clients
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation
4. Team Collaboration
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success
- Assist in resolving operational or project-related issues effectively
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and workflow efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or related functions
- Experience in B2B sales or project-based environments will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
- Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
