About The Role

We're hiring a Sales Executive based in Penang, focusing on pre-sales and specification support. You'll work closely with key project decision-makers to secure early material specification for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote product specifications to architects, designers, and developers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the project lifecycle
  • Conduct consultations, site visits, and product presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and technical product knowledge

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, interior design, or construction
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Open to candidates with good sales knowledge who are willing to learn
  • Experience in specification or project-based sales is an advantage
