The Project Sales Executive/Senior Executive is key to driving sales by spotting new opportunities in both commercial and residential building projects. We're looking for someone passionate, with great communication and influencing skills, to cover the vibrant Klang Valley region (KL & Selangor).

Your Role at Feruni:

Sales Process Management

  • Use the Sales Funnel method to track every step of the customer journey.
  • Review and analyze sales regularly to see what's working and where we can improve.

Business Development

  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyors to find new opportunities.
  • Promote our brand and offer tailored solutions that meet each client's needs.

Lead Management

  • Follow up with potential customers to turn them into confirmed sales.
  • Keep improving our service to give customers the best experience.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve sales targets by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions proactively.
  • Communicate scheduled sales reports promptly and adhere to organizational standards.

Customer Service and After-sales Support

  • Analyze and finalize delivery schedules for secured clients.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to address any site complaints promptly.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field, with 23 years of experience in B2B sales. Fresh grads with strong potential are also welcome!
  • Able to speak, present, and write clearly and confidently when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable giving product presentations and engaging with people at all levels in a company.
  • A team player who's motivated, responsible, creative, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Based in Petaling Jaya and must have own transport.
