Role Description The Project Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Nusa Jaya. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using appropriate tools and methodologies, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked. The Project Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather schedule inputs, monitor progress against plans, and identify potential delays or risks. Daily tasks include preparing schedule reports, updating Gantt charts or related documentation, and supporting resource allocation and workload balancing. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are sequenced efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement of scheduling processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong project scheduling and planning skills, including experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling software.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data, track progress, and prepare clear schedule reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers, technical teams, and external partners.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience in data centre, construction, engineering, or related project environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and general comfort with digital collaboration tools.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Nusa Jaya and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving project landscape.
