Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler with mandatory data center project experience to support complex, fast-paced project delivery with one of our clients. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. The ideal candidate is experienced in mission-critical environments and understands the unique sequencing and constraints of data center construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to establish realistic timelines and milestones
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
  • Track and manage critical path activities, ensuring timely completion of key milestones
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to stakeholders
  • Integrate inputs from multiple disciplines including MEP, CSA, and commissioning activities
  • Ensure schedules reflect data center-specific requirements such as phased handovers, testing & commissioning (T&C), and system integration
  • Support resource planning, sequencing, and coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of schedule updates, changes, and revisions

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–7 years of project scheduling experience with at least 2–3 years on data center projects (mandatory)
  • Proven experience working on mission-critical or hyperscale data center developments
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of construction lifecycles, particularly for data center environments (CSA, MEP, commissioning)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase project schedules
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international data center clients or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with cost control, earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PSP, or equivalent
