Role Description

• To carry out routine service for the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Precision Air Cond (PAC) system at clients premises.
• To generate report upon completion of each service.
• To handle hotline and support clients as where and when needed.
• To carry out technical support solution whenever require by clients.
• Communicate and liaise with clients on service schedule and arrangement.
• Rolling out projects according to the project requirements and specifications.
• Handling customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and internal project members.
• Complete project in timely manner.
• Cost control on the project rollout.
• Complete project documents.
• Conduct training to clients and carry out project meetings.

Qualifications

Preferably to be able to communicate with multiple languages (s) such as English, BM or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): UPS, Precision Air Cond, M&E Services, Batteries.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.

Remuneration packages depends on the individual skills, experience and candidates background.
