Project Services Digitalization and AI Intern
Duty station: Bintulu, Sarawak
Function: Project Services & Portfolio (BOM)
Purpose:
The Project Services Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence Intern contributes to the Project organization's digital transformation agenda and the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. The role is accountable for supporting the development of analytics and automation solutions (including dashboards, data pipelines, and generative AI prototypes) to enhance visibility across planning, contracting, logistics, and work pack development, while upholding HSSE expectations, ethical standards, and data governance requirements.
Objective:
Provide structured, hands-on exposure to the SMDS Project Realization Process (cost, schedule, management of change, and governance), and develop practical analytics capability through a small-scale dashboard and/or AI deliverable that strengthens Project Services reporting and decision-making.
