SALARY : RM 5,500

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Education: Diploma or related disciplines.
• Employment status: Contract
• Working hours: Normal Hours
• Work experience: Experience in mill operations, engineering, maintenance, or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of mill equipment and processes.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Monitor and support mill operations to ensure efficient production processes.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical solutions.

- Conduct inspections, assessments, and performance evaluations of mill equipment.

- Coordinate with maintenance and operation teams to minimize downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

- Prepare reports and provide recommendations for process improvement.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability.
