Job Description

As part of our multilingual Customer Service expanding team, you are to be working with the Manager, Project Specialist, in contributing to overall project objectives. You are responsible for planning and executing the planned projects by providing your expertise and best practices. You will work in a team and ensure company and individual goals are achieved.

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Analyze project objectives/needs and manage the project requirement-related documentation project-tracking, project resourcing and budgeting.
  • Manage and communicate project status materials to all participants.
  • Provides post-implementation support.
  • Interacts with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs, solve business problems and as needed, design technical solutions.
  • Assists the Project Manager with all necessary tasks related to the project.
  • Working with different Lines of Business to establish and meet business requirements on process improvement opportunities using process improvement tools/methodology.
  • Ability to facilitate and create documentation (e.g.: SLA, SOP), flowcharts, diagrams, and presentation decks on findings and process improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations, provide status reports and progress updates as needed, and communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
  • Ability to converse & write in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, Arabic OR Italian
  • will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Project Specialist, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Project-related professional certifications are preferred.
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Result-oriented and passionate about delivering projects successfully
  • Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency
  • Can work under pressure and deliver set goals
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Open to Malaysians only
