Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily project activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align work schedules and deliverables.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Identify and resolve issues or delays to keep the project on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets the required specifications.
- Support project documentation, including reports, records, and updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience at site or related assignment.
- Familiar with safety standards and best practices in construction or substation environments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Willing to work irregular hours when needed.
