Job Scope:

The Data Centre Projects Coordinator supports Bray's Data Centre business across the Pacific and Southeast Asia, ensuring high-quality internal coordination and execution of data centre opportunities. Reporting to the Data Centre Director – Pacific & SEA, the role acts as the central point of accountability for internal sales support, aligning technical accuracy, responsiveness, and execution with the needs of external sales teams and customers, enabling focus on strategic growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary internal liaison between outside sales and internal sales, engineering, operations, and factory teams for data centre projects.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of all internal sales activities with project requirements.
  • Coordinate and validate pricing, lead times, product availability, and order execution to support sales and delivery commitments.
  • Provide oversight of technical and commercial inputs to ensure consistency, compliance, and risk reduction before release to customers.
  • Support product selection and application suitability for HVAC and hydronic systems in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Manage and validate technical documentation and digital assets, including datasheets, certifications, BIM/REVIT models, and specifications.
  • Ensure use of approved, current marketing and sales materials, including project-specific customisation where required.
  • Act as a quality and risk checkpoint while driving continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination, technical sales support, applications engineering, or internal sales oversight within HVAC, valves, flow control, or mechanical systems.
  • Exposure to data centre or mission-critical facility projects
  • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and consultant-led project requirements.
  • Proven capability coordinating crossfunctional teams and owning outcomes without direct line management.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Preferably holding a Mechanical Engineering qualification or background.
