Job Description:

Grow ShopeePay's payment and financial services by identifying opportunities, coordinating initiatives, and driving execution across internal and external stakeholders
Project manage the end-to-end delivery of new products and features, from scoping and planning through to launch and post-implementation review
Coordinate across internal departments including Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Marketing to ensure timely delivery and alignment on priorities
Build and manage relationships with external business partners, lead day-to-day partner engagement and ensuring collective business growth
Monitor business performance of assigned products and partnerships, supporting the team in flagging risks or growth opportunities that align with the company's goals
Support the preparation of business proposals, internal briefs, and partner-facing materials as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience business development or product management experience in payments, remittance, or financial services highly preferred
Good business acumen, able to assess situations and provide sensible inputs in making sound business decisions
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across both internal teams and external partners
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and fast learner comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
