Role: Proof Reader
Core Competencies:
- 1-2 years of experience in proof reading in the graphic industry is required, preferable experience in Package Designing.
- Experience in content writing/editing/proof reading is preferred.
- Quality mindset and has an eye for detail.
- Must be able to read/write/speak Japanese language.
Responsibilities:
- To review, check, assure and approve that artwork is accurate and complete and has been produced in accordance with the approved artwork brief.
- Checks and confirms that artwork created matches authorised artwork briefs / change orders covering multiple types of pack components, languages and formats.
- Checks and confirms that artwork technical specifications match authorised change briefs / change orders covering multiple types of pack components, languages and formats within the Artwork management systems.
- Adherence to artwork production standards and Standard Operating Procedures
- Adherence to regulatory and quality compliance requirements
- Adherence to agreed schedules for artwork production
- Ensures that data integrity and accuracy is maintained throughout the proof-reading / amendment stages
- Where applicable, checks and confirms that Drawings and Specifications created matches authorised briefs as per the Site requirements.
Additional Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be able to communicate with clients through various medium like Email, Teams call, Chat, etc.
