Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records of tenants, leases, contracts, and property documents
  • Assist in preparing and processing tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors and service providers
  • Monitor and track work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Assist in rent collection, invoice processing, and basic financial reporting
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for management
  • Support property inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Liaise with vendors, consultants, and relevant authorities when required
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in property management, administration, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
