About The Job
As an Architectural Designer, you will turn creative visions into functional spatial realities across mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments.
- Produce, refine, and coordinate master plans, structural blueprints, and technical presentations.
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to align project design goals.
- Evaluate project progress on site to ensure ongoing construction aligns with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Align structural concepts with local building regulations, fire safety protocols, and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Assist with managing official approvals, technical documentation, and administrative submissions.
Skills And Experience Required
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience handling an array of development projects.
- Proficiency using standard architectural drafting tools, such as AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
- Practical understanding of local statutory submission workflows, building codes, and safety standards.
- Strong collaboration abilities to navigate multi-stakeholder design reviews and technical coordination.
