SE RE RoW Asia - Pacific & India is seeking to hire an experienced Property Manager to lead Real Estate operations across Siemens Energy locations in Malaysia and Singapore based in Malaysia with the outlook to expand responsibilities also for other countries.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and optimize real estate assets, including leased properties, across assigned locations.
- Ensure all Siemens Energy space, workplace, and service requirements are delivered efficiently and compliant, while holding full budget accountability.
- Own day - to - day site operations and facility management, covering both technical and soft services.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, refurbishments, supplier performance, invoice validation, measurement checks, and continuous service excellence.
- Ensure compliant operation with public and internal regulations.
- Lead CAPEX and maintenance projects end - to - end across offices, warehouses, fit - outs, and retrofits. Scope includes feasibility studies, business cases, budgeting, forecasting, design reviews, procurement, vendor selection, execution oversight, and EHS compliance.
- Lease & Transaction Management Source and secure land and leased premises including offices, warehouses, and yards.
- Manage transactions aligned to business needs, lead negotiations, and ensure full legal, regulatory, and stakeholder compliance.
- Drive portfolio strategy in line with Siemens Energy Real Estate standards.
- Deliver cost - efficient locations, optimize occupancy and utilization, protect asset value, align infrastructure roadmaps with leadership, and manage OPEX/CAPEX with a strong cost focus.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of proven experience in corporate real estate, property, or facilities environments
- Strong knowledge of real estate disciplines including asset/property management, FM, procurement, and legal/compliance aspects
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong commercial acumen, ethical standards, and results orientation
- Customer - focused mindset
- Understanding Siemens Energy business, processes, and customer requirements is an advantage
- Knowledge of local real estate markets in Malaysia and Singapore is a plus
