Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Sales Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and handling property inquiries. Additional duties include conducting site visits, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating property transactions. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and development teams to ensure the effective promotion of properties.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and property transaction processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the property or real estate industry will be an added advantage
