ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare & Execution
- Analyse customer request for quotation and specifications for aftersales services including maintenance, spare parts and services.
- Develop accurate proposal considering correct parts/instruments/ equipment’s, labour, logistics and other relevant factors.
- Collaborate with project and Field Service engineers to gather technical and commercial inputs.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
- Ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions within set deadlines.
- Maintain records of proposals, pricing structures, and customer communications.
- Financial works such as Purchase Order/ Invoice creation, reporting and etc
JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma qualified with technical discipline – Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation & Control, and Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in instrumentation & electrical knowledge.
- Able to travel when needed.
- Strong analytical / logical / problem solving ability and has good aptitude for technical works.
- Capability to work unsupervised.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in Oil and Gas industry or years of work experience in industrial automation industry will be an added advantage.
