Job Description

This position will support workshop onboarding, performance monitoring, and compliance tracking, handle growing volume of workshop enquiries and operational issues. It is also needed to assist in managing the Etiqa+ Windscreen Service Booking initiative and related workshop support, reduce administrative workload within the Windscreen Claim Unit. It is expected to improve response time, operational efficiency, and workshop engagement which will allow the team to focus on strategic initiatives and service improvements.

Job Description

  • Assist in monitor workshop performance and compliance status
  • Assist with workshop onboarding, suspension, and reactivation processes
  • Assist in manage and respond to workshop enquiries
  • Maintain workshop records and databases
  • Coordinate communication with workshops
  • Provide administrative and operational support for BAU activities

Qualification / Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Operations Management, Automotive Management, or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internship experience in operations, administration, insurance/takaful, customer service, or automotive-related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and record-keeping skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
