Job Description

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Takaful products between corporate clients and their associated affinity groups, and vice-versa.
  • Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Product Development teams to ensure competitive pricing, effective risk assessment, and innovative product solutions for both segments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in both the corporate and affinity spaces to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for both corporate and affinity portfolios.
  • Understanding the most effective strategies for identifying, acquiring, and retaining high-value corporate accounts, as well as scalable methods for expanding reach through affinity channels. Identifying which specific products or product combination that yield the highest returns in each segment.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and profitable product solutions.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing market and regulatory requirements.
