Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth

. Market Intelligence: Identify business opportunities to increase deposit volumes leveraging within the bank's ecosystem.

. Program Development: Assist in developing new business initiatives specifically for Islamic Deposit Products & Programs from approval and implementation to performance tracking (HLB@WORK / HLB@CAMPUS / HLB ISLAMIC SERVICES@CONNECT)

. Customer Experience: Respond promptly to customer's inquiries regarding info of all Deposit products of the Bank.

2. Training & Support

. Frontline Support: Participate in the development of deposit products and lead training sessions to educate branch staff on product features.

. Delivery Channels: Support the expansion of delivery channels and manage relationships with business partners or alliances to increase deposit touchpoints.

. Operational Support: Identify and resolve operational pain points for the frontline to ensure a seamless sales process for deposit products.

3. Strategic Proposals & Reporting

. Presentations: Prepare presentation slides and proposals for new deposit campaigns or product enhancements.

. Data Analysis: Assist in preparing and reviewing sales data to evaluate product performance.

4. Compliance Monitoring

. Regulatory Awareness: Ensure Compliance to the Bank's and Regulatory Standard

Operating Procedures/policies/ guidelines

. Proactive Management: Manage all administrative matters timely and accurately.

. Reporting: Generate detailed analysis reports on deposit trends, compliance reviews, and project follow-ups.
