Job Description
- Support the implementation and coordination of the Maybank Employee Wellbeing Policy and Mental Health Procedures across the sector, ensuring alignment with Group-level standards and requirements.
- Maintain and update the registry of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA), including certification status, contact information, and active/inactive records within the sector.
- Assist in planning and organising employee wellbeing and mental health awareness initiatives, including campaigns, programs, and engagement activities.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, internal communications, and tracking documents related to employee wellbeing and psychosocial support initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide administrative support for employee wellbeing programs, mental health support services, and MHFA-related activities
Qualification / Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Occupational Safety & Health, Communication, Data Analytics. or related disciplines are applicable.
- Experience in leading or participating in university programs, events, or student activities, including coordination and engagement roles
- Active involvement in university clubs, societies, community activities, volunteering programmes, or social initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through the organisation of campus events or participation in group-based projects.
- Data-savvy with an interest in data management, reporting, basic analytics, and tracking of employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Passionate about employee wellbeing, mental health awareness, and contributing to positive workplace or community engagement initiatives
