Operations Management (OPS): Track and monitor contract and endorsement issuance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, reconcile data, and support division meetings.
PMO Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and presentation slides, manage procurement and corporate items, and assist in event arrangements.
Claims Management: Liaise with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), prepare claim summaries, and follow up on resolution status.
Administrative Support: Organize submission documents, perform ad-hoc checks, manage billing documents, and ensure proper filing and reporting.
Candidate Preferences
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance/Risk Management, Economics, Finance, or Management.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior internship in insurance operations, claims handling, or corporate support is an advantage.
Candidates with a background in data analysis or operations management will be an added advantage.
