Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Protg to join our SALES team under the 8-month Protg Programme. The selected candidate will work closely with the Sales department to support daily operations, client coordination, and sales-related activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure, structured learning, and professional development for fresh graduates looking to build a career in sales, business development, or client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Managers in coordinating sales activities, client follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Support in preparing sales-related documentation such as proposals, quotations, presentations, sales reports, and client decks.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers and documentation.
- Attend internal and external meetings; record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, document submissions, and arrangement of meetings or product briefings.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
- Support the team in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer experience, and team efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to multi-task, work independently, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage.
