What you'll be doing
- Providing HR administrative support such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records and filings
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the HR team in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
- Provide support on creative digital content and marketing activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HR best practices and relevant legislation
