Job Description

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing HR administrative support such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records and filings
  2. Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  3. Supporting the HR team in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
  4. Provide support on creative digital content and marketing activities
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Familiarity with HR best practices and relevant legislation
